From 16 to 22 September, the municipality of Evere was buzzing with activity around the theme of sustainable mobility. The aim of this themed week was to raise awareness among residents about the challenges of sustainable transport, encourage alternatives to private cars and promote a more peaceful and inclusive living environment.
Throughout the week, several activities were offered to Evere residents: practical workshops, guided tours on foot or by bicycle, educational activities for children, and accessibility tours to better understand the challenges faced by people with reduced mobility, led by AMT Concept. Our non-profit organisation also participated in Evere Village during Car-Free Day with an information stand to raise awareness and promote the ‘pedestrian loops & shops’ project supported by Brussels Mobility.
